My goal for the challenge is not only to provide you with proven methods that will transform your body and health but also educate you along the way so that you can use the information to get results and keep them!
This challenge is 6 weeks long- designed to get progressively more challenging throughout the 6 week time frame. The challenge focuses on progressive overload so that you are able to build lean muscle, improve strength, shed fat, and transform your body composition. Each week you will push yourself to new extremes, progressively increasing the demands on your muscle so that muscle growth can occur, fat is shed, and the body transformation you're after will be achieved!
Each week will consist of a 5 day training split (2 lower body, 2 upper body, 1 full body)
Cardio programming will be provided throughout the challenge as well as daily step goals- both of which will build as the challenge progresses.
Optional weekly ab challenges will also be available for those wanting to take their workouts to the extreme and really push themselves.
You also have the option to add on personalized macros based on your starting point, your goals and your lifestyle. I often times say, you can't out-train a bad diet. By adding a customized nutrition component in, your results are truly maximized!
