What makes your app different? How do I know it will work for me?
If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about mine. But I'm here to tell you, I guarantee you’ll get the results you want with my app. Why? I don’t give you basic programs of PDF documents with no assistance. I add new programs (with interactive, explanatory videos) on a weekly basis. The content is new, fresh, and ever-changing to keep you motivated and ready to work! I will also add new and exciting things such as challenges, education resources , and so much more so that you continue to EVOLV. Plus, if you need help, I am always here for you. You can message me directly if you have any questions, feedback, or simply want to share your success.
I'm a beginner, is this app for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, My app can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I will personally walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! You will have access to a lot of workouts some of which are gym based, and some of which are home based and require minimal equipment. If you opt for a home workout, I do recommend having dumbbells, a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a chair/bench/or platform. Don't worry, there is something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
