Limitless Mobility is an 8-week full body mobility program designed for ALL LEVELS of individuals who want to move better and feel better in whatever activities or sports they take part in.
This is the follow up mobility program to my most popular program, Foundational Mobility, although it's not required to complete that program before starting this one.
The program requires minimal equipment (a thick "superband", chair, foam roller, and a dowel/stick, with an optional bench and wedge if you have them) and scales throughout the 8-week period.
Each mobility workout is to be performed daily for 2 weeks before moving on to the next week, BUT some people will find that staying on a certain workout for several weeks may be more appropriate for them if they find benefit from it or need more time until they move on to the next week.
If certain exercises seem to be too challenging, you can message me directly within the app and I'll provide a modification.
