About the program

This 4 week program is home or apartment gym based- and only requires 3 days a week and a set of dumbbells to complete (resistance bands optional). Recommended to have one set of DB, a medium challenging weight! (I’m using 20lb for example) This program is for you if you are a busy mom, or busy working individual who does not have all the time in the world each week to workout! I am a single mom so I GET IT! These 3 workouts each week are INTENTIONAL, QUICK, and EFFECTIVE - all around 20 minutes to complete! All the structure you need is included! You can even repeat this program once the 4 weeks are complete. Make sure to take before pictures when you start, so you can track your progress. Complete the workouts in order by day, you can complete them any day of the week you can. Also, don't forget to log those weights used so you can stay consistent and track your strength growth as well!     I was an athlete up until college where I fell in love with fitness- so training like an athlete is what I do! Since becoming a mom I understand the importance of building mental strength in addition to physical. As a first time, single mom- mental strength has been what’s gotten me through. My passion lies in helping my clients build strength in mind and body, and to have a better quality of life through fitness. I’ve been a certified trainer for 5 years and full time with my business for 2 years, completing 2 additional certifications along the way (Strength & Conditioning and Pre/Postpartum corrective exercise) - and I continue to learn every day to become better for myself, and my clients. Training here with me you can expect to move and feel like an athlete, while building your dream body! I specialize in weight training, athletic style conditioning, mobility, and pre/post natal workouts.

    What are the goals of this program?
    * Increase overall lean muscle mass * Get active in a short amount of time * Build core strength * Improve posture * Improve mental clarity and focus
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    How will I get the best results?
    * Get proper sleep (as best as you can especially if you're a mom) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
    How can I ask you questions?
    Message me in the app for any questions you have. I do my best to review all comments and make any recommended changes. I want to see your progress!
