Where Mindful Movement  Meets Strength Training

This 4 week program is home or apartment gym based- and only requires 3 days a week and a set of dumbbells to complete (resistance bands optional). Recommended to have one set of DB, a medium challenging weight! (I’m using 20lb for example)

This program is for you if you are a busy mom, or busy working individual who does not have all the time in the world each week to workout! I am a single mom so I GET IT! These 3 workouts each week are INTENTIONAL, QUICK, and EFFECTIVE - all around 20 minutes to complete! 

All the structure you need is included! You can even repeat this program once the 4 weeks are complete. 

Make sure to take before pictures when you start, so you can track your progress. 
Complete the workouts in order by day, you can complete them any day of the week you can. Also, don't forget to log those weights used so you can stay consistent and track your strength growth as well!
