Hey there, I’m Bronthie! So excited your here! A little about me: I majored in dance throughout my entire educational life. I am trained in Martha Graham technique, have certifications in both mat pilates and barre. I was a member of a paramilitary organization for 26 years, have since retired and now totally dedicated to my forever passion of fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
Goals
My goal is to help you be confidant, improve your strength, range of motion, and mobility of your muscles which will help protect against injuries. I will focus on proper form and building a strong foundation, exercises that stimulate muscle growth and build endurance. My hope is that my training will give you the tools needed to help you sustain a fit and healthy lifestyle as you age.
Training Requirements
All my workouts can be done at home using your own bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or resistance bands.
