This is a new 5 day split! 2 upper body days 3 lower body days Ab workouts are included. You can add cardio if you want, but not needed. Each day is a bit shorter since we’re breaking up 2 leg days into 3. After week 2 intensity builds with an increase in volume. This program can be repeated. Implement progressive overload as you repeat the program!
