Welcome to the NEW glute program! This program incorporates a 5 day split! 2 upper body days 3 lower body days Ab workouts are included. You can add cardio if you want, but not needed. Each day is a bit shorter since we’re breaking up 2 leg days into 3. After week 2 intensity builds with an increase in volume. This program can be repeated. Implement progressive overload as you repeat the program! This is my FAVORITE training split on the app and is what I currently run! *To make this a 4 day split, you can dissolve in one of the 3rd leg days into the other 2 leg days.*
