Option 1: 60 sec of work, :30 of rest between each exercise. Only 1-2x through the entire circuit.
Option 2: : 30 sec of work, :10 of rest. Repeat 2-3x through
1️⃣ Squat
2️⃣ OHP
3️⃣ Split squat (:60 or :30 EACH side)
4️⃣ Bicep curl
5️⃣ Push up
6️⃣ Squat hold pull apart
7️⃣ Archer pull
8️⃣ Tricep extension
9️⃣ Sit up
Remember, you’re doing as many reps as possible in that time!
