The Workout 👇🏼 Option 1: 60 sec of work, :30 of rest between each exercise. Only 1-2x through the entire circuit. Option 2: : 30 sec of work, :10 of rest. Repeat 2-3x through 1️⃣ Squat 2️⃣ OHP 3️⃣ Split squat (:60 or :30 EACH side) 4️⃣ Bicep curl 5️⃣ Push up 6️⃣ Squat hold pull apart 7️⃣ Archer pull 8️⃣ Tricep extension 9️⃣ Sit up Remember, you’re doing as many reps as possible in that time!

Love the bands. I have pretty bad joint issues and have had 2 shoulder surgeries so bands work so much better! Thanks for putting this one together! Any plans for more “band only” workouts!??!
