I'm Mads — I'm a registered yoga teacher, fitness coach and content creator living in South Western Ontario, Canada.
Movement has been a big part of my life since I was a teenager, but when my projected career path of becoming a music teacher led me down an unhealthy and unsustainable route, I did a complete 180 and decided to pursue my dream of teaching movement.
As a neurodivergent human, movement is my biggest form of self care. Not only do I enjoy working on phyiscal goals, but the beneftits that movement has on my mental health, my ability to self-regulate and my connection to both my mind and body is what keeps me coming back for more every single day.
And that is what I want to share with you!
I want to help you reach your goals but moreover, I want to help you learn how to view movement as a form of self care so you too can have tools for staying regulated and tackling life's struggles, whether you're neurodivergent or not.
As a content creator, I share a lot of my neurodivergent experiences and over the past couple years I've connected with so many of you. I'm so proud of the community that I'm a part of and I'm extremely grateful for the ability to make these connections through social media.
I call myself a neurodivergent movement coach because I'm passionate about the intersection of movement and our brains. My movement practice and fitness routine has helped me unlock physical, mental and emotional strength that I never knew I had, and that my younger self desperately needed. My goal is to help you do the same, so that together, we can move more, get stronger, feel better and find that balanced lifestyle that we are all striving for.
