BFP was different from what I had tried before because it offered structure, variety, and a sense of community.
Rachel
The movement snacks are great ways to keep my body from getting stiff from sitting at my desk all day. They're quick & easy enough to do in my office.
Sarah
After completing the 2 week (Find Your Flow) classes I found that I was able to touch my toes! That was pretty exciting since I couldn't before.
Alyssa
I've tried so many other trainers, workouts, yoga teachers and NOTHING compares! You bring mindfulness into every class and it changed the game for me
Emily
I love how the Studio covers not just strength and conditioning but yoga and mindfulness too, with a suggested class schedule for the week.
Steven
I love the invitation to be playful and move in a way my body wants to move. I had fun with that and it felt freeing and good.
Mar
It's so refreshing to have a teacher who is inclusive & makes me feel welcome in a space! I'm learning to work with my unique body & mind, thank you!
Jess
Another really great session❤️. Greate volume, pace, and got me ready for the day! Simple to follow and clear that there's no judgement in abilities.
Rachel
Well rounded whole body workout which was harder than expexpected, but I love a challenge! The structure allows you to pause, repeat & start whenever.
Lisa
As a person with physical limitations requiring modifications, I really appreciated Mads' invitations to go at your own pace, pause, and take a break
Mar
Having a neurodivergent teacher was more helpful than I could have possibly realized. For those new to this type of exercise, BFP is so approachable!
Don
I love this movement snack - it's just 2 minutes and my lower back and lumbar spine tension is much better, a huge relief after sitting too long...
Til

Dani
I did this video at the beginning of my day & the strengthening mixed with stretching helped me feel energized and awake without being exhausting.

About Breathe Flow Play Movement Studio

I'm Mads, and this is my story

I'm Mads — I'm a registered yoga teacher, fitness coach and content creator living in South Western Ontario, Canada. Movement has been a big part of my life since I was a teenager, but when my projected career path of becoming a music teacher led me down an unhealthy and unsustainable route, I did a complete 180 and decided to pursue my dream of teaching movement. As a neurodivergent human, movement is my biggest form of self care. Not only do I enjoy working on phyiscal goals, but the beneftits that movement has on my mental health, my ability to self-regulate and my connection to both my mind and body is what keeps me coming back for more every single day. And that is what I want to share with you! I want to help you reach your goals but moreover, I want to help you learn how to view movement as a form of self care so you too can have tools for staying regulated and tackling life's struggles, whether you're neurodivergent or not. As a content creator, I share a lot of my neurodivergent experiences and over the past couple years I've connected with so many of you. I'm so proud of the community that I'm a part of and I'm extremely grateful for the ability to make these connections through social media. I call myself a neurodivergent movement coach because I'm passionate about the intersection of movement and our brains. My movement practice and fitness routine has helped me unlock physical, mental and emotional strength that I never knew I had, and that my younger self desperately needed. My goal is to help you do the same, so that together, we can move more, get stronger, feel better and find that balanced lifestyle that we are all striving for.

Frequently asked questions

I'm a beginner, will I be able to do your classes?
No matter where you are on your fitness journey, my app can help you succeed. There are a variety of classes and programs for different fitness levels and experiences. As a teacher, I make it a priority to provide multiple variations of movements and exercises to meet you where you're at and guide you through classes in a supportive, inclusive way. Plus, the introductory series is a great starting place to introduce you to the foundations of strength, mobility and flow no matter where you're at on your journey.
Will this app really give me everything I need to succeed?
For the low price of $14.99/month or $99.99/year ($70 for you if you use your special discount code) you'll receive everything you need to reach your goals (improve flexibility, build strength, body awareness etc.). My app features 6 different class styles that provide a well-rounded fitness experience, all accessible from your home. You also get nutrition guides and access to workouts from 1,000+ other top instructors and trainers.
Do I need to purchase equipment to participate?
The short answer is no. The long answer is that it depends! There's a lot of classes that require nothing more than a space to move (preferably a yoga mat), while others require other props and equipment (like yoga blocks, pillows, blankets, and yes, dumbbells). However, I provide many alternatives that you can use instead of these items that you likely have around your home to make sure you're not limited and can participate in all classes on the app.
What makes your app different? How do I know if it will work
If you haven't had success with online fitness classes in the past, you may be skeptical about whether or not this will work for you. My classes, plans, and programs take a holistic approach to building a fitness routine / movement practice, and give you the schedule and structure you need to stay consistent. I will be there with you every step of the way. My goal is to help you meet your goals and find a way to make this work for you.
