Another superset based workout. Pair each two exercises as a superset then the same for the next two and so on - except for the last 3 exercises which will be a triple set (15 + 15 + 15 then rest) which will make one set.

I like the pair of workouts as super sets and the last 3 sets as a superset. I focused on the slow tempo of each rep.
