Make sure you warm up your hips and legs before!

- From kneeling position
- Jump your feet up into a low squat position 
- Reverse movement back to kneeling

Kneel to jump squat

- From kneeling position
- Walk your feet up into a low squat position 
- Reverse movement back to kneeling

Kneel to squat

- Start in a narrow squat stance
- Jump out with your legs and arms like a star 
- Keeping core engaged

Star jumps

- Sit into a squat position 
- Step back and across in to a curtsy lunge
- Return to your starting position and repeat to the opposite side
- Count your reps at the squat

Squat to curtsy lunge

- Perform jumping squats switching between narrow and wide stance each jump
- Pulse in each stance once

Jump squats in and out with pulse
