I have always wanted to get into weight training but I used to push myself so hard with it, not knowing anything really whenever it came to breath work, how to use the right muscles when doing a set, tightening my core, & etc. Being properly guided through it made such a great difference & my body feels amazing. I definitely want my work outs to start looking like this more often 🔥

This was great I love
incorporating weight training. I’m dealing with gym anxiety right now so I’ve been missing out on weight training but this class made me see how at home I can still get it in! I’d love to see a fun/creative movement class, I love how you’re always dancing so maybe including that! But as of now you’re killin’ it!!
