Words can’t explain. Thank you for this class, it has been a gift to my soul. I’m currently going through healing my CSA and have alot of trauma in my hips / pelvic floor. I didn’t anticipate crying, but it flowed out of me so beautifully. Taking this again🤍

Wow, that was amazing!! I tend to focus on strength, but it felt so good to slow down, stretch and even feel a bit sensual. Thank you for this!! I’ll definitely be doing it often.
