Hi. So I hope you see this. But I have had your app since January and I did it for a while but I kept getting discouraged because when I work out to an extent my heart taste gets so high. I have a newly found heart condition that didn’t truly start affecting me until I got kinda out of shape. But I love your classes and I did the barre burn today and I was so out of breathe and my chest would hur. But I would opause it and get my heart rate back down and start again and I’m proud of myself for finishing. So thank you for being awesome and offering these classes :)
