Most sessions are 15–20 minutes and focus on core-first strength, functional movement, and low-stress training that helps you build strength without burnout. Most workouts are intentionally music-free, so you can move to whatever supports you that day. Who is the Mom behind GoMomBodSquad? I'm Ashli! Bounce-Back Culture Dropout. Strength Coach for Real Moms. After my first C-section in 2020, I felt disconnected from my body in a way I didn’t expect, even as a fitness professional with over a decade of experience. I quickly realized that even a university-level exercise science background didn’t address the real challenges of postpartum recovery or motherhood as a whole. Determined to find a better way, I became double-certified in prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise, with a focus on core-first strength that actually supports moms in real life. My approach is rooted in sustainability, empowerment, and real-world functionality. I believe in short, effective workouts that fit into busy schedules and help you build strength without burnout. I reject the pressure to “bounce back.” Instead, I focus on moving forward with confidence, consistency, and respect for what your body has carried you through. Through my programs, I help moms reconnect with their bodies, prioritize themselves without guilt, and build lasting strength without extremes or waiting for the “perfect time” to start.
