PowerFit Bodyweight is a 4 week progressive overload bodyweight program designed for those of you who want to build strength, improve endurance, and feel amazing—no equipment needed! Each week, you’ll get: 1 x Upper Body Strength Workout: Improve upper body strength and shape in your shoulders back and arms 1 x Lower Body Strength Workout: Power up the strength of the glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves 1 x Full-Body Workout: Fire up your muscles and boost endurance 1 x Bonus Pilates Class (Optional): Improve mobility and core strength Workouts are designed to be effective and time-efficient, so you will feel amazing in just a few sessions per week.     Frequently asked questions

    Is this program suitable for all fitness levels?
    Yes. Week 1 starts with a beginner style exercises and builds progressively over the three weeks. As the exercises progress you can choose to stick with the modified exercises.
    What are the goals of this program?
    To increase overall lean muscle mass, build strength and stability and an overall sense of wellbeing.
    What do I need to participate?
    A positive attitude and dedication to the program. No equipment required.
    What’s the schedule?
    Bodyweight training 3-4 times per week (3 strength programs and one optional Pilates program) Suggested active cardio on rest days eg walking, swimming etc.
    How can I ask you questions?
    Message me in the app for any questions you have. I do my best to review all comments and make any recommended changes. I'd love to see your progress!
