What if I am new to exercise? Will I benefit from your app? My app is made for EVERYONE! No matter if you are trying to begin your fitness journey or are an elite athlete this could be beneficial for you. I have many different programs that begin with an intro to mobility and movement and then progress over the weeks. It's also all based on YOU. So if you would like to do bodyweight a little longer then that's totally fine! If you feel comfortable with your mobility and strength and want to add resistance then that's great too! It's all up to what you want to do and what would be beneficial for you. I'm just your guide on this journey.
Do you offer general mobility for everyday or just programs? Yes! I have a section called "Warm Ups" that I have programmed out to include general mobility for the everyday movement from squat specific warm ups to a shoulder specific session. I'll also continuously be adding to this so there will always be new routines in there.
Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the program that you're doing. I tried to include in the description if you need any equipment of it could be completed at home with no equipment. The most you would need is some dumbbells or kettlebells, maybe a barbell if you have access to one and a few bands. You can also make everything work if you don't have access to equipment! The equipment is just there to progressively load your mobility and make you stronger but again, it's all based on YOU and what you need!
