2. Overhead DB Tricep Extensions 10 reps x 4 sets
3. SUPERSET
- Push Ups AMRAP x 3 sets
- Tricep Dips AMRAP x 3 sets
4. Cable Tricep Pushdowns 10 x 3
5. Incline DB Flys 10 x 3
