    It depends on the workout! My app has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.

    Visit www.cruxbody.com/quiz to fill out the body composition quiz. Results and program suggestions will be emailed to you directly.
    How much does the app cost?
    You can train with me for just $14.99/month or $99.99/year. That breaks down to just $.0.49 a day or $0.27 a day-less than your morning cup of coffee!

    My app features workout programs and individual exercises that you can perform at home or the gym. Also included are specialized programs for nutrition and specific training goals.
