Growing up an athlete.

I was born in northeast Ohio in 2004. At the age of 4 I started racing dirt bikes and quickly fell in love with the sport of motocross. While I was putting a lot of effort towards motocross, competing in high level national races, I also found enjoyment playing soccer in a junior league. Once I reached middle school I started taking soccer a little more seriously and decided to join a travel, and club team. Middle school was also the time when track became an option for me. Up to this point I had always been the tallest, strongest, fasted, and highest jumper in any sport I've played. I knew that all those traits would benefit me heavily in track, and I was right. In middle school I competed in multiple events at state and got 1st in the high jump. In high school I continued all of those sports and won awards for all of them. I qualified for the indoor state track meet all 4 years of high school as well. I decided not to continue sports in college and instead pursue other passions.

My experience with fitness.

I started lifting in middle school but I really wasn't sure what I was doing. I would go in the gym, hit some curls and what ever else looked fun, and then leave. I definitely didn't care about diet either. It wasn't until covid struck at the end of my sophomore year that I decided to start taking things seriously. I learned how to make a proper program, and track my macros. It honestly seemed pretty suspicious how much progress I made over those couple months in lockdown. The image attached is my 5 month transformation, completely natural. After that I stuck with lifting and eating well. Training like an athlete during track season, and training like a bodybuilder in the offseason. I fell in love with the gym and what it could do for how my body looked, and performed. After high school I prepped for a bodybuilding show. I won novice, and teen, and took 2nd overall at the untested show as a 19 year old natural. Now I am a NASM certified trainer and train like a hybrid athlete.
