I'm Zoe, and this is my story

I started lifting weights 15 years ago and never looked back. I love teaching women how to properly lift weights to build their muscles and self confidence! I have my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science so all my programs are science-backed to actually WORK! My specialty is teaching women how to grow and sculpt their dream glutes through my programs.
