WO = WORKOUT FLO= Yoga flow 25 = 25 min & under All-level friendly! These are meant to be quick workouts in a yoga-style flow so that when you’re short on time, you can still get some meaningful movement in your day. If you love full-body work with meaningful movement that can help you strengthen your muscles while working on flexibility and mobility, you’ll love these. The goal is that in less than 25 minutes, you can still elevate your heart rate, get a light sweat going, while working on bodyweight strength and mobility at the same time- without having to choose between a traditional workout and yoga when you gotta be quick. Each workout will have a theme so you can choose what you need. I will always strive for them to be 20-25 minutes so it’s long enough that it feels like you did something but short enough that u can squeeze it in (no excuses!) You’ll basically only need yourself and a mat, although yoga blocks may be useful.
