Basically, I give you a task per song on my meditation exercises in Spotify*, so that you can have some direction, but guide yourself thru the meditation *If you DON’T have Spotify I would even sign up for the free trial just to do these exercises and then u can choose to keep it or not. I personally love Spotify & use it daily.

I’m a fitness fanatic and Spartan Racer who found yoga in 2015. I fell in love with Yoga, and committed to an intense, self-taught, daily practice ever since. I discovered that fitness and yoga complement each other immensely and offer endless benefits TOGETHER that neither offer if practiced alone. I have since created my eGuide and app, The Fit Yogi Trainer - a beginner’s program that models a daily fitness and yoga routine after my own. Frequently asked questions

How to schedule the program into a week?
I always recommend doing your meditations first thing in the morning, but evening meditations before bed are also very beneficial, and if you can do both, you’re really winning ha ha. Try to make meditation a part of routine, perhaps in the same comfortable place around the same time each day. Be patient with yourself and don’t get frustrated- remember meditation takes practice just like anything else!
Who is this for?
Beginners to meditation, but also anyone! If you’re familiar with meditation, you still might like my playlists & the tasks assigned to each song. I do recommend having completed Mindful Matters (another program here on my playbook) before going into this one!
