I love how the initials are also an acronym for “Mountains” because each challenge, physical and mental, is like conquering your own little mountain. ¨̮ ⛰ Each “part” of the series will have one mini-Physical Challenge and one Mental Challenge, meant to be done in the same day. As part of the challenge, a meditation from Mindful Matters will be included in each Mental Challenge. I hope you have fun with this and learn how strong you really are! 💪🏽

I’m a fitness fanatic and Spartan Racer who found yoga in 2015. I fell in love with Yoga, and committed to an intense, self-taught, daily practice ever since. I discovered that fitness and yoga complement each other immensely and offer endless benefits TOGETHER that neither offer if practiced alone. What do I need to participate in this program?
All you’ll need is a journal, time, and some bags of ice at one point. 😜 Oh, and of course, some WILL POWER 💪🏽💪🏽
How to schedule the program into a week?
The “PC’s” or Physical Challenges will be best added onto the end of a workout. The “MC’s” can be done at any time of the day really, whatever works best for you- but try to do it the same as the PC so that your mind is already in the “I’m being challenged and I can do this” zone.
What are the goals of the program?
The point of this is to challenge your mental fitness so that you come out on the other side mentally tougher, ready to do hard things, and realizing your mental attitude is what sets your limits. The short exercises within this series are meant to be challenging, but also FUN!
