I’m a fitness fanatic and Spartan Racer who found yoga in 2015. I fell in love with Yoga, and committed to an intense, self-taught, daily practice ever since. I discovered that fitness and yoga complement each other immensely and offer endless benefits TOGETHER that neither offer if practiced alone. I have since created my eGuide and app, The Fit Yogi Trainer - a beginner’s program that models a daily fitness and yoga routine after my own. I will be sharing more here, including HIIT work outs, yoga flows, drills, and tutorials. I’m a busy mom of 3 littles that wants to share this message: You are worth it and CAN do anything if you can say goodbye to excuses, work hard, and believe in yourself. Enjoy the journey.

What are the goals of the program?
Use knowledge as power and learn how you can change your life through your thoughts, actions, and emotions. Practice the art of meditation and realize it’s importance in your life as you take time to relax and honor the divine mind-body connection within you. Get moving! ~ with a home-workout and a brand new creative yoga flow each day that will be performed as part of an hour-long flow on Day 6!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
All content in this week are all-level friendly. Some of the workouts are intermediate, but can be easily modified. The yoga is fun and accessible. Even the meditations are for those who are new to meditating!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Honestly the best way to get the most out of this time is to make the time to do it. The mindful portion, (theme video, journal, and meditation) will take about 35 minutes on its own. It would be BEST to start your day with these, first thing in the morning. Then follow up the mindfulness portion with the movement- the workout and yoga, which will take about 45 minutes. Consider getting up earlier than normal to make this time for yourself. I feel you will find it worthwhile, as I have.
What do I need to participate in this program?
All you need is your time, an open mind, a journal, and yourself. Other things to consider are headphones, a bolster or meditation pillow you can sit on, a yoga mat, for sure a journal or notebook you can devote to yourself, and a quiet, comfortable space for the meditation.
