These are workouts that require little-to-no-equipment with the intention that you can do them from home, or anywhere.
I’m keeping this category strictly for Workouts, because all the Yoga-Flows are already “at home” (since you only need a mat), and the same goes for many of the tutorials.
Most are bodyweight, but if there is equipment needed, it will most likely be: jump rope, resistance bands, chair or bench, dumbbells, ankle weights, & pull up bar.
