About the program

The 12 week program built to strengthen, diversify, and elevate athletic performance through endurance and strength training. You can expect three strength days in the gym, and two running days - one interval day and one long run. Created and perfected for those ready to level up from the foundations and go the distance.

    Can I complete the hybrid program as a beginner?
    Yes! Although a solid understanding of weightlifting experience is recommended, every exercise will be explained in detail with clear guidance for anyone who has never completed it before. The endurance portion of this program is based solely on progression, and no matter your foundation of fitness (recreational runner to having never ran before), the program caters to exactly where you're at.
    What are the goals of this program?
    * Increase overall lean muscle mass * Increase running confidence * Build core strength * Improve endurance capacity * Improve mental clarity and focus
    What's the schedule!
    * Weight training 3 times per week. 1 upper, 1 lower + 1 full body * Interval run 1 day per week (short + sweet) * Longer run 1 day per week (building in distance) * 2 days of active rest. Play sports, go for a hike, or a long walk with the dog + a podcast
