About the program

Experience a complete body transformation with this tried and true, scientifically-backed program. Expect heavier lifts, increased muscle definition, and newfound confidence in doing hard things. Each week you'll complete two upper body strength days and two lower body strength days, with optimal breaks in between each session - allowing time for all the extra activities like walking, running or attending your pickle ball league.

    What are the goals of this program?
    * Increase overall lean muscle mass * Boost metabolism * Build confidence in lifting * Improve posture * Build whole body strength
    What do I need to participate?
    A standard gym membership with workout equipment like barbells, dumbbells and a cable machine. You will also need ankle attachments for the cable machine. Your gym may have something that works! If not, make sure to purchase online - they're super affordable.
    What's the schedule?
    * Monday + Tuesday in the gym * Rest Wednesday * Thursday + Friday in the gym * Active rest days over the weekend
    Is there modifications for the exercises?
    Yes there are some substitutions listed for the exercises, but of course know that you can drop the weight or reduce the reps and sets to allow for more flexibility. Reach out to me with any individual questions!
