Do I need to purchase equipment?
For this particular program you will need a few sets of dumbbells and a weighted vest (8-14lbs)!
How do I know this program is right for me?
The Weighted Reset is ideal for anyone craving structure, strength, and a clear sense of direction—without the pressure to overhaul everything. You'll experience dumbbell only strength workouts intertwined with outdoor weighted walks— fostering a unique balance of challenge and grounding in nature.
What's the schedule?
21 days in length, 6 days of structured movement per week. You will alternate between a dumbbell strength workout (20-30 minutes in length) and an outdoor weighted walk! Sunday is the only full rest day. The workouts are intended to build strength, routine, and lasting habits.
Are there any "extras" included in this challenge?
