About Whitney Sicher

Online personal trainer

I’ve always been passionate about fitness because it makes me feel better in every way. I became a personal trainer because I wanted to share that passion with others– and to help make fitness easier, all around more fun, more convenient, and more socially connected. I started sharing quick exercises on Instagram when the pandemic kept us in lockdown. This was my way of connecting and coping with all of the changes and uncertainty.

Can I do this at home?
YES!!!! Mat and dumbbells are all you need baby. Bench/chair optional.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The workouts are designed for all levels Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form, modify where needed. Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
How can I ask you questions?
Message me in the app for any questions you have. I do my best to review all comments and make any recommended changes.
What is the grand prize for the challenge winners?
The challenge winners will win leggings from Vitality, my favorite Pique matcha, Hydrating kit from Clearstem Skincare, toto foods co cookies AND and amazon gift card.
What are the goals of this program?
Increase overall lean muscle mass Get lean and burn fat Build core strength Improve posture Improve mental clarity and focus
How will I get the best results?
Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my recipes under the Restore Your Core banner) Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
What’s the schedule?
Monday- Friday workouts. 4 self led (swipe through) and 1 follow along class. Saturday and Sunday are rest days. If you get behind and need to use Saturday Sunday to workout that still counts!
How will the challenge winner be selected?
The two winners will be selected based on highest completion, community engagement, and Instagram stories!
