These athletes would gather and compete against one another as individuals or teams in a race to get to 300 first. These series of workouts will be an endurance test of various exercises that accumulate to 300 Repetitions total. *Feel free to use any Resistance Bands or Progression tools if needed to complete “300 Reps”.
