Hello! My name is Vinny Amuso Jr - The Rock Doc. I’m thrilled to be on Playbook to share my knowledge and help hoopers everywhere! After playing 4 years of college basketball, I’ve accumulated 6 years of semi-professional and professional basketball playing experience in the United States. While doing that, I attained a Doctorate degree in physical therapy as well as my Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. With all of these pieces, I feel that I am in a position to help hoopers everywhere become the best version of themselves. Utilizing my playing experience, my knowledge of injury prevention & rehabilitation, and my knowledge of performance training, I will provide you with the tools to become the Healthiest, Strongest, and Most Skilled player that you can be! It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
