Stairmaster

When I I try to stay relatively lean, I do 25 minutes of the stairmaster at level 6-8 after every leg day. The hardest part is the first 10 minutes! If you can get past that, then you got it. The thing that gets me through is covering the time with a towel or sweatshirt :)
