From woman to woman... At the age 16, I started training because I was told I was "too skinny" and at the age of 18 I started physical education course in college. Since then my interest about the human body just increased. At 19, I started practicing pole dancing and bikini fitness (body building competition). I was two-time Brazilian pole dance champion in doubles and I was in 2nd place, twice, in bikini competitions. In 2016, at the age of 23, I received an offer to live in the United States and work as a cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins football team. Do you think we were just dancing? NO! There were five hours of training, two hours of physical conditioning alone, three times a week. The workouts required a lot of strength, endurance and flexibility. It was a very interesting experience. In 2022 I participated in a reality show called "Exatlon Usa” (The teams are composed of athletes,All must have strong physical skills and sporting abilities.)
