    I started classical ballet when I was 5 years old and, throughout my life, I did other dances that gave me a good body awareness. At 16, I started training because I was told I was "too skinny" At 18, I started my physical education course in college and my interest in the human body only increased. At 19, I started to practice pole dancing and bikini fitness. I was two-time Brazilian Pole Champion in doubles and came in 2nd place, twice, in bikini competitions. In 2016, at the age of 23, I received an offer to live in the USA and work as a cheerleader on the American football team called the Miami Dolphins. Do you think we were just dancing? NO! There were five hours of training, two hours of just physical conditioning, three times a week. The workouts required a lot of strength, endurance and flexibility. I participated in a reality show called “exathlon in the united states” (2022) And, today, with all the experience I've had, I feel 100% confident to convey everything in the best way to my audience.
