🇦🇷 Recien voy por mitad del programa y ya veo cambios. No solo fisicos, sino en la energia. Me siento mas fuerte, menos hinchada. El entrenamiento esta buenisimo porque va de menos intensidad a mas, y mi cuerpo lo recibio increible. Ya quiero ver el cambio de 30 dias! . 🇺🇸 I'm only halfway through the program and I'm already seeing changes. Not only physically, but in energy. I feel stronger, less bloated. The training is great because it goes from less intensity to more, and my body received it incredible. I already want to see the change in 30 days

Lo que más me gusta del chanllenge de los 30 días con Vera es la energía y la fortaleza que me dan. Son entrenamientos enfocados de no más de 45 min y te cambian la energía! Yo siempre baile y entrene más cardio, nunca me gustó mucho levantar pesas, pero amo estas rutinas! Son muy cómodas de adaptar a mi día a día. Ya a 16 entrenamientos veo un cambio físico muy marcado en mi abdomen y glúteos
