This 4-day split balances hypertrophy and strength ⸻ 🔑 What You’ll Train: • Upper Body Size & Strength: Chest, back, arms, and shoulders built for control and power • Lower Body Power: Strong, explosive legs to generate ground force and increase clubhead speed ⸻ 🗓️ Weekly Format: • Monday: Upper Body (Push + Pull Strength) • Tuesday: Lower Body (Strength + Power) • Wednesday: Rest / Active Mobility • Thursday: Upper Body (Hypertrophy) • Friday: Lower Body (Hypertrophy) ⸻ 🧠 Why It Works: Unlike traditional “bro splits,” this program is built for golfers who want to get jacked and keep their speed, range of motion, and swing fluidity.
