These exercises are designed to help you "create your own adventure" with exercise. You can start by choosing one type of lunge from each group and creating a circuit. Work through ONE type of lunge on BOTH sides before beginning the next. You can add more moves once you are confident in those three exercises. These are the same lunges as levels one and two but incorporate plyometrics for power generation. Start with no weight, use your hands for tweaks, then slowly add weights.
