So many spicy combo moves! First time breaking in the TT sliders too…woohoo!

2nd time!! Didn’t bend my arms on the cobra’s this time, and feeling the difference 🔥

FEB SLIDERS/DBS

Third round was challenging but in a good way. Felt stronger 💪 after this workout!

1. I love how much you both laugh at your own jokes in this one 
2. That cardio circuit is wicked rude 
3. I used 20’s on lower body and was kinda proud
