In this program you have 1 goal and 1 goal only and that is to BUILD muscle. This program will have my “go to” workout routines that I perform when I am looking to build more muscle throughout my body. Now, not only will these workouts help you to build muscle, but they will speed your metabolism up, enhance fat burning, and help you to achieve greater strengths and stability throughout your body. Building muscle is achieved best through weight/resistance training and progressive overload. This means that lifting weights is the name of the game. Many people fail to realize that lifting weights is one the best ways you can burn fat and calories each day. Be prepared to lift weights and raise the bar each week by adding sets, reps, and volume (not a pun but I must say that worked perfectly lol). You can absolutely expect results with this program, but as I always say, you will get what you give. Hold yourself accountable by raising the intensity each week and I promise the results will come. Be on the lookout each week for a change in reps and sets. You will add sets each week but most likely drop reps each week as well, this means you should be aiming to add more weight to these sets as you progress in this program. Focus on the weight you used the week prior and challenges yourself to add more. Let’s gooo

What’s going on everyone! My name is Trevor Signorino and here is my story. Fitness has been a passion of mine since the moment I got my first gym membership in 7th grade. My dream was to earn a full scholarship for sports and I knew to achieve this I would need to put the work in at the gym. Long story short, due to extensive injuries to my body, my dreams of achieving a sports scholarship were cut short. From that moment forward, fitness would go from one of my passions in life, to THE passion of my life. Working out became my new “sport” and what I love so much about fitness, is that you get to compete against yourself everyday. As time went on, I was fortunate enough one day to go to NYC and a modeling agent had taken notice of me. I would go on to sign a contract with a major modeling agency and over the years I have built a strong portfolio as a top fashion model. It has been 5 years and counting for my modeling career and during those times I have been blessed to work with some of the biggest companies and markets all over the world. Becoming a top fashion model in a cut-throat industry has not always been as easy task but it has always pushed my boundaries to being my best at any given moment, especially in regards to my physique. People began following me more and the question I get asked the most is always in regards to fitness. I took notice of that and decided it was time I applied myself to becoming a certified trainer. I did not want to just better myself anymore, I wanted to better those around me and all the people who have taken an interest in my fitness lifestyle. Helping people achieve their fitness goals is something that has brought a lot happiness to me and I can’t wait for all of you to get started with me. My life has had plenty of setbacks and hardships but they have helped shape my life and create my story. What are the goals of the program?
This program is ultimately aimed at building muscle in your body. However, during this process that will also include speeding your metabolism up, enhancing your body’s ability to burn fat, and adding strength and stability throughout your body.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Be consistent and constantly challenge yourself. Your biggest competition is against YOU. You know if you can add some weight to your exercise or if you have another set in you. Follow the reps, follow the sets and follow the program step-by-step and you will ultimately get the results you are looking for.
How to schedule the program into a week?
This program is 5 days a week and each training session will focus and isolate 1-2 major muscle groups each day.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need access to everyday gym equipment. This includes; Dumbbells, Barbells, Cable Machines, Benches, Lifting Machines, etc. Any regulated commercial gyms should have 95% of the equipment needed in this program.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Any and all skill level users can perform these workouts. You may want a spotter with certain lifts (I recommend that) however, every skill level will be able to participate in this program.
