You’ll do all sorts of different resistance training and it is imperative that you have the proper gym equipment in order to reach your full potential on this program. This program will last a total of 8 weeks and if you can put the work in, stay consistent, and raise the intensity each week, you will be sure to get the results you want. This program is 5 days a week and each training session will focus and isolate 1-2 major muscle groups each day. However, not everyone has the ability to go to their gym 5 days a week, if this is the case you can look to do this program in 3 or 4 days a week by combining 2 training days into 1.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need access to everyday gym equipment. This includes; Dumbbells, Barbells, Cable Machines, Benches, Lifting Machines, etc. Any regulated commercial gyms should have 95% of the equipment needed in this program.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Any and all skill level users can perform these workouts. You may want a spotter with certain lifts (I recommend that) however, every skill level will be able to participate in this program.
