About Trent Obermoeller

Online personal trainer

My name is Trent Obermoeller. I have been on my fitness journey for 2+ years. I am a Certified Personal trainer through ISSA and currently train clients at Crunch Fitness. I have a background in high school sports of football and golf. Football in particular is where I found my love for lifting. It wasn’t until June 2020 (in the midst of the lockdown) that I reignited my love for fitness. I bought a rouge squat rack for my basement so I could start training again. My passion for health and fitness has compounded over the past two years, I am now 25 pounds heavier (muscle gain from 150-175 pounds) and am a certified personal trainer with ISSA. I completed the 75 Hard challenge at the beginning of 2022. I am currently a senior student at the University of Missouri. What I can offer you is the knowledge, training, and programming I wish I had when I was first starting out on my journey. My style of training is meant for people beginners who are looking to progress to intermediate/advanced training. I focus on building a strong foundation so that we can progress into more advanced lifting as time goes on and as you put on more muscle and size. I have a bodybuilding style approach with aspects of functional training.
