This program we will be in a lower rep ranges than the previous phase. We will be operating in the 4-8 rep ranges. I personally love this program because we can start to push some more weight. This is a Hypertrophy AND Strength building phase. This is a 3 week phase, increasing weight each week. The THEME is HYPERTROPHY/STRENGTH. Concept is 5x8,8,6,6,4
