How to schedule the program into a week? Train 5 days a week. Pick one of each body group workout a day for 4 days, and 1 mobility or flexibility day.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Best outcome from 2 days on 1 day off 3 days on, 1 day off
What do I need to participate in this program? The workouts could all be done from home or from furniture or stuff you have at home. The only additional purchase will be a pair of dumbbells. Ideally a pair of heavy dumbbells for lower body and a pair of medium weight dumbbells for upper body. You could also use 1 paid of dumbbells, mid-weight for both.
