What do I need to participate in this program?
The workouts could all be done from home or from furniture or stuff you have at home. The only additional purchase will be a pair of dumbbells. Ideally a pair of heavy dumbbells for lower body and a pair of medium weight dumbbells for upper body. You could also use 1 paid of dumbbells, mid-weight for both.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are for ALL levels. I’ll always explain the modified version of the exercise for beginners to keep up. For a more thorough explanation of modified versions of exercises, please visit the HOW TO section on the App.

R u sure this is mobility? 🤦🏻‍♀️ this is torture, maybe because i always skipped mobility sessions. But i am able to do some movements for the first time now. Im proud. This is as hard as the workout.
