How often should I do one of these workouts? Aim to do one workout one day a week. You will get two days of rest. On your rest day you can choose to not work out at all or take a yoga flow class or restorative class to recover.
Begin the circuit again the next week. Continue for four weeks and notice the incredible transformation in your body! And also in your yoga practice🧘🏻♀️
Now!!!! There’s no reason to wait. The time is now. Whether or not you’re beginner or advanced these classes will strengthen, tone, and get you deeper in your yoga poses.
No equipment needed. I just use my mat and some blocks on occasion. If you don’t have those that’s fine too!
What level are these classes? This is an all level program. Whether you are brand new to yoga and working out, or are advanced, this program is created to tone your body, but in a way that utilizes yoga postures and is very functional to the practice of yoga.
What should I do after four weeks? You can either repeat the program again, or try one of my other programs such as the splits program to work on your flexibility! These workouts are great to continue and sprinkle into your routines to keep toned, strong, flexible, and looking and feeling great.
