    About Tova YogaFit

    Online personal trainer

    Hello and welcome to my channel! My name is Tova (aka @tova.yogafit) and I can’t wait to take you through some awesome classes and workouts. Being an active working wife and mom I know how challenging it can be but also how important it is to find some time for yourself. After completing Chiropractic school and practice, I began teaching yoga classes which enabled me to meld my love for movement and fitness with my knowledge of anatomy and physiology. While some days I might only have time for ten minutes of stretching and other days I can take an hour class; I know that dedicating some amount of time for myself always benefits not only me but the people around me as well. My love for yoga, fitness, mobility, strength training, and flexibility is something I hope to share with you!
