Couldn't finish in 30. But great workout. A little bit of technique instruction on deadlifts would be nice. Easy to get hurt...

Wow very intense for a 'beginner' but I challenged myself with a higher weight for set 2. Not clear if the superset should be 3 round of each exercise (no rest) or alternating overhead and rows (with or without rest in between sets).
