Most workouts are under 10 minutes.
Physically: you will be working on areas of your body that will give you a strong foundation for the next season, next month or next year. Helping you support your back, your posture, your knees and your breathing. You will give attention to the critical parts of your body that allow for you to go stronger, faster, farther next year.
Mentally: you will get the chance to think about the year that was and giving yourself some time to dream about the year that is coming.
