Is the Daily 50 Lifestyle Challenge right for me? Yes! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this challenge can help you succeed. This challenge is for people with any level of fitness. Plus, I will walk you through all the exercises with easy-to-follow videos and there are ways to modify each and every exercise. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
How does the Daily 50 Lifestyle Challenge work? Every day, you will get a sequence of movements from inside this app.

You will do each sequence each day and complete the items in the app. There are videos to show you each sequence, each day in case you get lost along the way.
In addition to the sequences above, you will be expected to do the following:
- 50 minutes of daily movement (The time it takes to do Daily 50 sequences are included in your total time)
- 50 Intentional breathes
- 50 Words journal minimum
- No alcohol
What happens if I miss a section or a day? If at any time you miss something, you get to choose to keep going or start over at Day 1.
That being said, There is a massive power from doing it all in a row for 50 days.
Our job here it give something powerful to people so that when they are done, they are changed human beings.
And we want you to be the best version of yourself, Period. To officially be a finisher of this challenge all items are to be completed for all 50 days. There is no one to judge you or grade you other than yourself. That's it.
