Welcome to the Daily 50 Lifestyle Challenge! 50 days of: 📍50 days NO ALCOHOL 📍50 minutes MOVEMENT 📍50 WORDS (journal minimum) 📍50 BREATHES (intentional/meditation) What to expect in this Challenge: ⚒️Every day for 50 DAYS you will be given a sequence of exercises that can be done pretty much anywhere. No equipment is needed. There is the Daily 50, the Reverse 50 and the Recovery 50. ⚒️Each day have been organized throughout the 50 days to create a dynamic and rejuvenating sequence that helps keep our body and minds fresh. ⚒️Expect to create new healthy patterns and habits that you will cascade positive effects to the world around you. ⚒️This challenge is meant to create a higher vibrational body that will bring other high vibrations, opportunities and people into your life.
  • You need ZERO equipment just pen & paper

No. If you don't have a pen and notebook to write, that's the only item that you will need to buy.
Is the Daily 50 Lifestyle Challenge right for me?
Yes! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this challenge can help you succeed. This challenge is for people with any level of fitness. Plus, I will walk you through all the exercises with easy-to-follow videos and there are ways to modify each and every exercise. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
How does the Daily 50 Lifestyle Challenge work?
Every day, you will get a sequence of movements from inside this app. The Daily 50 Sequence or The Reverse 50 Sequence or The Recovery 50 Sequence You will do each sequence each day and complete the items in the app. There are videos to show you each sequence, each day in case you get lost along the way. In addition to the sequences above, you will be expected to do the following: - 50 minutes of daily movement (The time it takes to do Daily 50 sequences are included in your total time) - 50 Intentional breathes - 50 Words journal minimum - No alcohol
What happens if I miss a section or a day?
If at any time you miss something, you get to choose to keep going or start over at Day 1. That being said, There is a massive power from doing it all in a row for 50 days. Our job here it give something powerful to people so that when they are done, they are changed human beings. And we want you to be the best version of yourself, Period. To officially be a finisher of this challenge all items are to be completed for all 50 days. There is no one to judge you or grade you other than yourself. That's it. 50 days to change your life.
Can I break up the 50 minutes of movement?
Hell yeah! Life is dynamic and changes often. So should your movement habits. Feel free to break up your intentional movement as much as you like!
