There's a lot for you in the App, do well to utilize it the best way possible.

It all depends on your current fitness level, you can start where you are now and walk your way up as you improve. The App is packed with workouts you can do anywhere literally.

Which Program is right for you

The weights I have used in the different programs are guides, you don't have to use them if you can't handle them just yet. There's a progression in strength training, start where you are and work your way up.

Updates + notifications

Circuit training has to do with chain workouts, they can be in pairs or more. It all depends on the type of circuit you are doing. You don't get to rest until you finish the circuit. It could be a pair of exercises or more.

Circuit training

These are activities you can engage in on days you are not working out. These are my suggestion, running, swimming, dancing ,cycling , etc. Something not too intense, but would pass for a low to medium intensity acitivity.

Active recovery
